Although we do everything we can to assure you know exactly what you are getting, we understand mistakes happen.  American Inhale has a limited returns policy for never used products within 48 hours of receipt. Upon deciding to return, purchaser must follow these steps:

1) Within 48 hours of receipt, email sales@americaninhale.com with your return inquiry and order number
2) A shipping address for return will be sent to you.
3) Safely pack piece back up same way you received it. Ship it back to us assuring address is correct
4) Upon receipt and passed inspection of order, you will be issued a refund minus original postage and a 10% restocking fee.
5) Any damaged or order determined to be used will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
