American Inhale sells products intended for tobacco use only by adults 21 years of age or older, any other use is explicitly prohibited.  We ship once payment has been confirmed and always stand by our products.  Although we pack our glass safe enough to drop from a 2nd story building, we understand accidents do happen with partnering delivery services.  If there is ever broken glass or damage to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at (973) 385-1605 or sales@AmericanInhale.com for immediate problem solving, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
